RTX Voice, while great, is limited to Nvidia GPUs and needs to be run manually each time I want to use it so it wasn't very convenient to me, so I decided to look into other alternatives and found RNNoise, or rather "Real-time Noise Suppression Plugin" which is a plugin based on RNNoise. While it's not a big issue it's something that can easily be alleviated, so this got me into tweaking my own microphone setup a bit.

Regarding the last thing, what I meant was that some sound devices (traditionally internal soundcards, less so USB devices) have a recording device that shows in Windows under the name "Wave" or "Stereo Mix" that allows you to take a recording app and record sound from it, capturing the same signal that's being sent to the sound output without actually having to route wires from the physical jack to another physical input. I'd hope that if that was something not caused by some effect (incl Equalizer APO) being enabled that Microsoft would treat it as a bug.
